Tang Fish Reef is a whimsical undersea study of flowing currents and under sea creatures. I have always loved the vibrant yellows of this species of ocean fish, and I added some nearby friends and plants, that keep them company in their cheerful habitat.
I was born and raised in Orange County, California, not too far from the Pacific Ocean. My childhood and teens took me through the turbulent and colorful decades of the fifties and sixties, graduating from High School in 1969. I always had a great passion for the ocean, creating art and building things, and learned a lot about carpentry from my father. My Career as an Industrial Designer began by completing a four year degree in Product and Transportation Design at Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California.
